I- Warranty and exchange policy for products on the website

Kvit offers free exchange for customers within 3 days from the date the customer receives the product purchased on the website.

Return cases

– The product is damaged or scratched during transportation.
– The product is missing accessories.
– The product does not match the color, design, or size of the order placed.
– The exchange period is 3 days from the date the customer receives the product.

Note: Kvit only applies the exchange policy if the product falls into the above cases. Returns are not accepted for used products or in cases where the customer changes his mind and no longer wants to buy the product. Customers need to record and save a video of opening the product to prevent the need to exchange/return the product.

II- Regulations on refunds when paying online:

In case the customer has successfully purchased and paid online but overpaid or canceled the order before the product is printed and shipped, Kvit will refund the money to the card you used to pay, within the following time limit:

For ATM cards: The time for customers to receive the refund is 7-10 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). If after the above time, the money is not received, Kvit will support contacting the customer’s bank to resolve.

For Visa/Master card/JCB cards: The time for customers to receive the refund is 7-15 days. If after the above time, the customer does not receive the money, the customer will contact the bank to resolve.
